3.3 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Running Shorts with signs of wear
• Hiking & Climbing Pants showing trail use

Defective items are exempt from this policy.

You may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 15 days of delivery. Follow our Adventure Returns Process.

6.2 Refunds

Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return and will be issued to your original payment method, minus shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

6.3 Exchanges

For size exchanges, clearly indicate your preferred replacement item in your return request. We’ll ship the new item once we process the return.
