The Adventure Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Start your return journey by emailing our Adventure Support Team at [email protected] with:

  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Package Your Items

Once approved:

  1. Repackage items in original packaging if possible
  2. Include all original tags and labels
  3. Do not attach labels or tape directly to the product
  4. Enclose a copy of your order confirmation (or write the order number on a slip of paper)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the return until it reaches us.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds process within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Amount: Item cost minus original shipping fees (unless return is due to our error)

Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

For size exchanges or different products:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. We’ll ship your new item once we process the return (standard shipping fees apply)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Running Shorts (worn for athletic activities)
  • Hiking & Climbing Pants (with visible signs of trail use)

Exceptions may be made for defective items – please contact us immediately if you receive damaged or faulty gear.

International Returns

Global adventurers please note:

  • You’re responsible for any customs fees or return shipping costs
  • Mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
  • Returns to addresses in Asia or remote regions may have extended processing times
